Required Documents

1. Valid LTPOF

A complete and clear copy of your valid License To Own and Possess Firearms certificate, ensuring all details match your current ID.

2. Firearm Registration

A valid copy of your official Firearm Registration certificate, confirming legal ownership and active registration status for each weapon.

3. NBI Clearance

A current National Bureau of Investigation clearance certificate issued within the last six months for official permit application.

4. Threat Assessment

A certified Threat Assessment from the PNP for new applicants, or your original previous PTCFOR certificate if applying for renewal.
